Injection Molding:

Injection molding is the most common method in manufacturing plastic parts, and is ideal for producing high volumes of same object. The size of component we provide ranges from 0.5 g to 3,000 g, which covers most of domestic appliances’ requirements. The plastic injection materials we provide includes:

Silicone Rubber Injection

Silicone rubber is also commonly used in different appliances utilizing it’s several advantages such as extreme temperature resistance (-180ºF to 600ºF (-118ºC to 316ºC), oxidation resistance, superior resistance to many chemicals and odorless which make it ideal for medical or food applications. Backalite Injection

Backalite is a thermosetting phenol formaldehyde resin, formed from a condensation reaction of phenol with formaldehyde. It has a number of important properties, such as molded very quickly which decrease production time, and is resistant to heat, scratches, and destructive solvents. It is also resistant to electricity and with low conductivity. These characteristics make it especially suitable for components require low conductivity for heat and electric like appliance’s handle or cover.

Transparent Material

Transparent Material Injection

Injecting plastic parts with a transparent appearance can be challenging. It requires close control of mold temperature, holding time, and demolding angle to avoid color change or scratches on the surface.
